We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with HR Payroll and “time and attendance” Application experience, to support a product design role.
The clients existing Payroll and T&A applications will be copied to a new environment and new Payroll and T&A applications will be set up.
You will Interact with business partners to identify processes and user requirements.
Write user stories and use cases and acceptance criteria in the AGILE methodology.
Do conceptual solution design with clear indication which capabilities are available (in HR Payroll/Time and Attendance) and which need enhancement.
Align with the Product owner on solution vision and prioritization.
Explain to Business partners how requirements are implemented from a functional standpoint in HR Payroll. Be part of the scrum team.
Transfer and clarify the requirement and solution concept to the functional analysts.
Define impact of and review changes to the HR system and ensure every deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness. Prepare and support User Training and User Acceptance testing.
The ideal candidate should also have operational experience with large-sized companies and life-science or pharmaceutical experience is an added value but not a must.
