Junior HR Payroll Process Analyst
We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support a HR Payroll and Time & Attendance Process.
The task will be to take part in a consumer separation project.
The candidate should have at least 3- 4 years of Payroll Process experience OR operational experience better to have a mix-of-both.
Knowledge and experience with time & attendance solutions is a big added value, as is international experience.
The skills and experience we are looking for:
The candidate needs to have great communication skills, as he/she will be the Payroll representative in country calls and engage in as-is' and to-be' workshops and provide suggestions for improvement.
Experience with ADP solutions are preferred but not required.
Above average writing and editing skills.
The individual will be responsible for reviewing DTPs, SOPs, and Job Aids to ensure they reflect requirements and make sense logically.
You should be comfortable with Microsoft products such as Word and Visio.
Competent in providing status updates visually and escalating where needed.
