Junior Process Analyst
We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support a Payroll and Time & Attendance Process. The task will be to take part in a consumer separation project. The candidate should have at least 2- 4 years of Payroll Process experience OR operational experience better yet a mix-of-both. Knowledge and experience with “time & attendance” solutions is a big added value, as is international experience.
The skills and experience we are looking for:
-The candidate needs to have great communication skills, as he/she will be Payroll representative in country calls and engage in ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ workshops and provide suggestions for improvement.
-Experience with ADP solutions are preferred but not required.
-Above average writing and editing skills. The individual will be responsible for reviewing DTPs, SOPs, and Job Aids to ensure they reflect requirements and make sense logically.
-Comfortable with Microsoft products such as Word and Visio. Competent in providing status updates visually and escalating where needed.
