REMOTE to start with
The task will be to review of current state of business processes vs. existing/future releases/products. Review of System Performance with respect to PeopleSoft vanilla (demo) environment for standard functionality (delivered functionality only) and perform audit. Review of implemented modules versus identified issues (with Functional SMEs).
The risk assessment will cover 3 Phases: 1) Planning, 2) Executing and 3) Reporting.
During the Planning phase, all information will be shared based on Questionnaires and Interviews regarding:
- Current architecture landscape;
- Current business process documentation;
- Known issues, performance and others, in general and more specifically related to PeopleSoft Absence Management.
Our client will help to do the necessary analysis on a recent copy of the production environment of PeopleSoft to investigate the root cause of the issues and the recommendations that can lead to the resolution of these issues. The findings of the Execution phase will be prepared, documented and presented during the Reporting Phase.
The way the system is currently in used and will be reviewed.
-The list of PeopleSoft components used are part of the current study will be defined and commonly agreed during the planning phase.
-The review of the System Use will focus on:
-PeopleTools customization review customizations applied on Vanilla components;
-What is the current use of supported and certified PeopleSoft Products?
-What is the number of instances?
-What is the Hardware and Software Sizing/Scalability Matrix?
-What are the tables sizes?
-Sources of information to perform the System use analysis:
- Interviews will be organized and delivered during the study with the technical support organization.
-Copy of the PeopleSoft production environment;
-PeopleSoft document Library;
-PeopleSoft demo environment installed on the same infrastructure as Production
This project is based in Belgium and we are looking for a Dutch/French speaking consultant that are also able to easily go on site once it is safe to do so.
