We are looking for a Full time PM/BA combination for the implementation of a new core HR system in Russia. This is a contract engagement looking to start around the 15th of April and will run until end of year (very likely prolongation in 2022). Both remote and on-site should be considered. Both spoken and written English and Russian are mandatory.
Scope of Work:
Coordinate all technical aspects of the implementation of a new HRMS platform in order to simplify and standardize the current HR landscape. Use effective business analysis techniques to translate business needs and requirements into user stories on a prioritized product development backlog. Work with the regional and local HR business teams to gain an understanding of the business problem and conditions and identify solutions. Responsible for understanding platform features, customer demands, and executing a robust capability service for the organization.
-Proven track record of managing technical system implementation and building strong business partner relationships is required.
-Strong project management and business analysis skills are required.
-Experience with HR applications is highly preferred.
-Experience in working in an Agile environment and the use of tools like JIRA/X-Ray is highly preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, both in Russian and English.
-Experience in working in a virtual team is preferred.
-Must possess the ability to work independently and be self-accountable for flawless execution required.
