Senior IT Project Manager (pharma)

We are currently looking for a SeniorIT Project Manager who has Pharmaceutical experience to support one of our client's global enterprise programs.

Job Description

The senior Project Manager is responsible to plan adjustments in the overall project and manage the execution to migrate end-user data off on-premises infrastructure to the cloud in a compliant and secure manner. The senior project manager is expected to lead and motivate the virtual project team and keep our partners engaged and committed to deliver on the plan.

Key Requirements

Lead complex, multi-functional project within the clients IT infrastructure organization, including significant exposure to Regulatory and Compliance, as well as the business

Develop, track, and analyse project key performance including development of new procedures and utilities, project execution and project risks (eg, alignment to schedule, scope, resources), to provide the leadership team detailed status updates.

Enable proactive communication in collaboration with the change management and communication team, to assure integration of project with all involved parties (including business functions) and functional goals towards achieving project milestones.

Actively plan and drive cross-functional project teams to deliver against plans and timelines as well as set milestone goals, generate plans to meet these goals, and facilitate the completion of these goals in collaboration with the project leader, core-team and the project sponsor.

Identify new requirements and improvement opportunities, resulting in changes

Oversight of all project workstreams, from concept, development to release and hypercare including work with external vendors and partners.

Organize regular team meetings to drive progress, track and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and review action items.

Generate the necessary documentation and assist teams with creating project plans, protocols, reports, etc.

Must have

Microsoft 365 migration experience and lots of technology knowledge, ideally from on-premise to the cloud migrations. IT end-user service cloud and/or IT Infrastructure domain with international project management and leadership Experience with end-user data migration projects, ideally from Fileserver to SharePoint online Experience working in a highly regulated industry: Pharma, Medical Device, Health Care, etc.

Flexibility to handle evolving requirements and priorities in an Agile environment.
