We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst with a speciality with in Human Resource.
The consultant we are looking for should have 4-10 years of relevant experience as a SAP Business analyst/Requirements analyst, in Human Resource area. Good to have knowledge on Success Factors Performance and Goal Management.
It is important to have good domain knowledge and experience in Performance and Goal Management. Parts of the task will be to attend requirements gathering workshops with customers, presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps and propose solution. As well as responsible for Analyses Business Requirements end-to-end & Documenting Requirements. Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs. For this project it is important to have worked with Business Analyst tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA.
It is very important to be open and good communicator as much of the work require collaboration with other Peers to define best practices and improve delivery efficiencies.
