We are seeking an experienced Capex Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of major capital projects within the pharmaceutical sector. These may include new builds, demolitions, and refurbishments across a range of technical areas such as Automation, Clean and Black Utilities, Fire Remediation, HV/LV systems, Pharmaceutical Equipment, and both GMP and non-GMP environments.
The task and responsibilities will be to lead stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks at all project phases. Define and implement clear communication plans. Coordinate interfaces with other projects and existing operations. Manage project budgets and track progress (including S-curves). Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project. Ensure full compliance with EHS and legal requirements. Organize and chair coordination and follow-up meetings. Liaise with engineering firms and external partners.
Skills and experience needed for this position:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in engineering or capital projects
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills
