Mission: Facilitate the attainment of project objectives while adhering to project terms, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the Project Manager in designated tasks according to project requirements.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the Project Management Plan.
- Aid in maintaining the project schedule for efficiency.
- Streamline project reporting processes.
- Handle project and contract administration tasks such as analysis and record-keeping.
- Manage project documentation and control via SharePoint.
- Provide reports on work progress and accounts payable.
- Assist in compiling periodic project progress reports and payment claims.
Performance Evaluation Criteria
- Successful completion of assigned activities as outlined in the Personal Development Plan and Project Management Plan.
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management setting (preferred).
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Strong command of Office Tools.
