We are looking for Lead Solution Architect to join us as the technical anchor for our Finance and Treasury transformation. What we need a leader who can design a sophisticated SAP S/4HANA and BTP landscape and then step up to manage the technical teams that bring that vision to life.
How you'll lead the transformation
- Architect the Future: Design the end-to-end solution for SAP S/4HANA Finance, FICO, and Treasury. You ensure the architecture is elegant, scalable, and follows "Clean Core" principles.
- Lead the Build: You aren't just a consultant; you're a leader. You will manage and mentor specialized technical teams, ensuring that developers and functional experts are aligned with your architectural roadmap.
- Master the BTP Ecosystem: Define and oversee the delivery of modern extensions using SAP BTP (CAP, RAP, Integration Suite), ensuring our core remains stable while we innovate at the edges.
- Own the Technical Delivery: Bridge the gap between "architecture" and "project management." You'll manage technical risks, drive design reviews, and ensure cutover plans are flawless.
- Influence Stakeholders: Act as the trusted technical voice for executive leadership, translating complex architectural decisions into clear business outcomes.
What you bring to the team
- A Dual-Threat Skillset: 10+ years in the SAP world. You have the brain of an Architect and the heart of a Team Lead. You know how to build a system and how to build a team.
- Deep Domain Authority: Extensive experience in S/4HANA Finance & Treasury. You understand the "why" behind the workflows and the "how" of the implementation.
- BTP Mastery: 4+ years of hands-on architectural experience with SAP BTP, with a deep understanding of how to integrate a global landscape.
- Empathetic Management: You know how to get the best out of technical teams. You're comfortable managing across cultures, time zones (EMEA/US), and complex organizational structures.
- The "Clean Core" Philosophy: You're passionate about modern SAP best practices and know how to steer a project away from messy Legacy customizations.
The Logistics
- Time Zones: We work primarily in EMEA (CET) with some overlap into US (EST) to keep our global teams in sync.
- Communication: Exceptional English is a must-you'll be the bridge between technical execution and business strategy.
