We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to expand our automation team.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of automated test strategies and frameworks, create and configure test frameworks, and execute automated tests.
The role is part of a broad program involving web portals, mobile apps, medical device integrations, content management systems, app configurations, and more.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Develop automated tests to enhance the existing test suite using Selenium
Transform manual test scripts/cases into executable automated tests
Support and maintain the Unify test automation framework, implementing new features, existing features, and bug fixes
Plan and execute automation tests continuously
Identify opportunities for improvements proactively
Continuously improve the Automation framework
Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience:
Degree or relevant work experience
Senior Test Automation Engineer experience (minimum 5 years in Test Automation)
Proficient automation skills across various technologies and tools
Strong understanding of testing automation principles, concepts, approaches, and methods
Ability to code in Java and grasp Object-Oriented design principles
Familiarity with automated agile/non-agile testing methods like Cucumber BDD and Selenium
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong spoken and written English skills
Self-driven, motivated, and open to challenges
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Desirable Experience:
Working knowledge and experience with the Cypress Test Automation Framework
Experience with Appium test automation framework for mobile app testing using Selenium WebDriver protocol
Proficiency in JavaScript
API testing experience
Familiarity with BrowserStack
Experience working in globally distributed teams
Proficiency in complex SQL queries
Practical experience with Unix/Linux
Experience in PI and Sprint planning
Understanding of Web Services, Azure, and/or Amazon AWS
CI/CD experience, particularly with Jenkins
